FATHER´S DAY

FATHER’S DAY – 9 NOVEMBER 2025

On Father’s Day we will serve a menu inspired by the purest northern ingredients on Sunday, 9 November starting at 3:00 pm. Last reservations will be accepted at 5:30 pm.

Starters and main courses are served at the table, while desserts are available from the buffet.

STARTER

Choose one starter:

- Lapland potato foam, vendace roe from Lake Kitka and horseradish L,G or
- Reindeer tartar from Unari–Luusua reindeer tenderloin, blackcurrant leaf oil and pickled kohlrabi M,G or
- Grilled porcini mushroom, Tare sauce and sugar snap peas M,G, VEG

MAIN COURSE

Choose one main course:

- Pike-perch braised in smoked butter, pickled cucumber, sautéed mushrooms and horseradish sauce L,G or
- Reindeer sirloin and smoked calf tongue, celery purée and mushroom butter sauce L,G or
- Onion tart, braised tomato, mushroom purée and red wine sauce M,G, VEG
