May Day and Mother’s Day at Kitchen Galla
Our breakfast table features familiar northern flavours as well as sweet treats for the occasion. In addition, our breakfast chefs prepare optional dishes such as cold-smoked rainbow trout with a poached egg, grilled asparagus with hollandaise sauce, and elk sausage with lingonberries.
