Our surprise menu is a tribute to the rich nature of the North and to world’s greatest ingredients found here. We have travelled over fell tops and through wooded marshlands, just to ensure that our surprise menu will offer an authentic and unique experience of the Northern nature.

Good to know before booking

Surprise menu can be ordered until 8 pm.

We want every bite to be an experience, which is why we recommend allowing 3 hours to enjoy the seven-course surprise menu and 2 hours to enjoy the four-course surprise menu. To ensure a smooth dining experience, we kindly ask that the surprise menu is ordered by the entire party.

Our surprise menu is lactose-free. On request, gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan version are available.
